In such cases, we recommend finding a local PC repair store to replace the failing component, as Geekway LLC cannot physically replace hardware since all repairs are performed remotely.

Geekway LLC Remote Control Software

At Geekway LLC, we use the paid version of Ultra Viewer to connect to your computer for repairs and malware removal. After extensive research, we selected Ultra Viewer for its functionality and privacy features. During a session, the software is used only for immediate purposes. We do not leave any software on your PC after the session, and we cannot access your computer without your consent after the session ends. Additionally, the software logs all technician actions on your PC, allowing our management team to review any concerns.

Choice / Opt-out

Customers may occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals from Geekway LLC or informational newsletters. Customers can opt out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to Geekway LLC service at the point of information request. Customers can also opt out of additional promotional communications using the opt-out link in promotional emails or by emailing contact@geek-way.com. However, customers cannot opt out of receiving service announcement updates containing important security information about the services.

Amendments
